These terms explain how website use, order requests, payment, delivery and returns are handled by ElitePlay Sport.
By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and for personal, school, club or business purchasing enquiries. Website content, product images, copy and brand assets may not be copied, modified, distributed or reused without permission.
Adding items to cart or submitting checkout details is an order request, not automatic acceptance of a sale. ElitePlay Sport may accept, decline or adjust an order after reviewing stock, pricing, delivery requirements and payment status.
All products are subject to availability. Final pricing, stock and delivery details are confirmed with each order enquiry before payment is finalised.
Manual EFT/bank transfer is currently supported. Orders are processed and confirmed once stock is checked and payment has been finalised or accepted. ElitePlay Sport may request proof of payment or additional verification before releasing goods.
Delivery or collection arrangements are confirmed per order. Delivery fees are quoted separately where applicable, and timelines depend on stock availability, payment confirmation, courier services, destination and public holidays.
Orders may be cancelled before processing, but cancellations can be declined or may attract handling, courier, supplier or administrative costs once an order has been confirmed, sourced, packed, collected or dispatched.
Returns must be pre-approved. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods should be reported within 24 hours of delivery with order details and photos. Items may be inspected before a repair, replacement, exchange or refund is approved.
